Return Process

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and covered.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit, then attach the shipping label to the outside.

  Receive Your Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
